開票手續費
所有於 thaiairways.com 線上開立的泰航機票均免收開票手續費。
然而，於全球各地泰國航空售票處或泰國曼谷的泰航聯絡中心開立的國際獎勵機票，將收取開票手續費。
若從線上兌換清單中未提供的城市出發，或屬於其他類型的泰航獎勵機票（如星空聯盟獎勵機票、多城市行程、回頭航段、停留行程及開口行程等），由泰國航空售票處開立的此類機票則可免收開票手續費。
Ticket Issuing Fee
All THAI tickets issued online at thaiairways.com are not subject to ticketing fees. However, international Award tickets issued at all THAI ticketing offices worldwide and THAI Contact Centre in Bangkok are subject to ticketing fees.
From 18 January 2019 onwards, award travel departing from cities that are not available in the online redemption list or other THAI award tickets such as Star Alliance Award tickets, multi-city travel, backtracking, stop-over and open jaw itineraries etc., such tickets issued by a THAI ticketing office are also exempted from the ticketing service fees.
Ticketing Service fee ( OB fee ) will be revised for ticket issuance by TG ATO/CTO and Thai Contact Center with effective from June 01,2019 onwards, detail as below:

Important Notice : The revised ticketing service fee for ticketing issued in the region of Intercontinental/ Japan/ Regional/ indo-China will be effective on June 01,2019. For ticketing issued in Thailand the effective date of the revised ticketing service fee is pending waiting for CAAT approval. For ticketing issued in Middle east, the ticketing service fee still remain the same. Current Terms and Condition of ticketing service fee remain unchanged.
