• The number of miles required for Cash + Miles starts from 500 miles per purchase.
• The proportion of miles allowed for such ticket payment is subject to the ticket fare.
• Mileage discount for infant and child is not permitted.
• Mileage is not allowed to use for taxes, fee and surcharges.
• Mileage can be deducted from only one Royal Orchid Plus account per transaction. 
• Mileage accrual is according to paid service class codes and conditions of each frequent flyer program among Star Alliance airlines. 
• For the Cash + Miles ticket with non refundable condition, mileage shall not be claimed and re-credited to member’s account.
• For the refund of Cash + Miles ticket, any expired miles will not be re-credited.
• Refunds for partially used tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket.
• Cash receipt will display only cash payment.
• Only the following currencies are eligible for the Cash + Miles ticket payment option.
