In Thailand, 2 Membership Reward Points earn you 1 Royal Orchid Plus Miles and in other countries conversion rates may vary. Please contact your local AMEX customer service center for mileage rate conversions and Terms and Conditions.

How to convert your points to miles

1. Call American Express Customer Service by the number on your Card.

2. Inform your AMEX representative you wish to convert your THAI American Express Platinum points to  Royal Orchid Plus miles.

3. Your Royal Orchid Plus miles will be credited to your Royal Orchid Plus account within 3 business days
