Generally online bookings or Call Centre reservations made directly with the partner are eligible for miles. If not stated, please inquire if your paid rate is eligible for miles. Discounted rates, group tours and bookings made through travel agents are often not eligible for miles.
With hotel partners who do not operate a customer loyalty program, or membership is not required with a hotel loyalty program, quoting your Royal Orchid Plus membership number at reservations and presenting your card at check-in, will ensure that miles are credited to your account.
To earn Royal Orchid Plus Miles you may also be required to be a member of partner hotel loyalty programs. Enrolment with hotel programs can be done conveniently online at their website. If an eligible stay has not been credited to your Royal Orchid Plus account you can also submit a claim online with these partners.
